Okay, the instant I started my prologue nobody in my family will leave me alone and the phone is ringing off the hook. What the heck?

I was halfway through my prologue when my computer decides there's a problem and it needs to shut the programme down ... and I hadn't saved it I would quite like to scream now myself.

Oh thats nothing I logged on saw it was up 5 minutes ago and then after having spent an hour stressing over an issue I thought I had resolved someone then spoke to me and I realised that wasn't going to work. So got into major stress which I cant resolve till tommorow when phones become available again. Evil office hours. Either way managed to get post up in end lol

After a bit of car troubles I'm back. I'll try to catch up with the posts so far, but forgive me if I don't respond to them all at once.

Please be patient with me, as I'm sure these first few days will be a bit hectic GMing wise. If I snap on one or some of you, please don't take offense.

Okay, I have a question (and maybe I'm jumping the gun asking this) but if our character leaves the bar and we have scenes we want to do outside of the bar (say at an apartment, hotel, restaurant, or just elsewhere in the city) will there be a thread for that? How will out-of-the-bar posts be handled?

Those just go into the chapter threads as far as I'm aware. The prologue in this case, right?

Question; whats up with all the double posting (prologue AND bar, same posts)?

Flake said to. I think it's for archiving purposes. If you're trying to get caught up with a particular bar (i.e. you're in TaS and wanna know what's going on) you can read just that bar's thread, but if you wanna know what's going on all over the city, read the prologue. Once we leave the bars and start doing things outside, like missions and whatnot, there will be posts in the prologue that aren't in the bars.

Woefully quiet here all of a sudden. Lot of alcoholics too by the looks of things...

I feel like there might be a set of instructions that I missed along the way.

So...if I'm putting this together right, the bar threads are really only there to give missions? And we copy any relative parts of the narrative that we're writing in the current chapter thread in the bar thread?

It could be just the day but I'm feeling a bit dim about all of this at the moment and I don't remember seeing the instructions to this effect.

Basically, if a chapter is active and you post in a bar, that post goes in both the bar thread and the chapter thread. If you are not in a bar, then it just goes into the chapter thread. Or at least I think that's it...

It just popped up as a sentance in this discussion thread on the last page I believe. Easy to miss.
