Yup you heard right in Ardus folks after this quest Nadala is out for a while

Was the baby a plot device to take her out of commission, or did you plan this all along? (It would certainly explain a lot.)

Nope i had this in the works with Teele for a while. I'll pull in a replacement and return her when I'm ready. I'd imagine Reede will continue to quest

I'm re-entering Roni with the idea that with the previous quest, she went back to the Lute to get better. Will introduce another char soonish so I don't need to force her presence onto others as much as before

And yes, I'll probably have to take Reede out of picture; and considering the other plans I have, I may be putting one or two more characters into the mix as well.

You all know that after this quest DB will disappear for a while, but he will be appearing in a second anthology, that is once I complete the first. Other than that congrats Reede on being a dad.

I was actually thinking of something: why hasn't anyone ever made a book out of stories that came out of an RPG? Or do they excist already? I mean, we could make heaps of money if we would straighten out the whole thing!

agreed, the books would be based on the quests, then we can do the whole Two Hearts Made One thing just for the hell of it. Like I said though, definate book making, the question is, who would be willing to write the story?

Doing novels out of RPGs would be great! The only issue is the legal ramifications. We'd all have to pretty much give consent that the author of the published version could use everyone's ideas, characters, creations, etc.

That's part of why I created Ardus instead of using Crystan, my other world. I plan to publish stuff on Crystan, and whetehr one likes it or not, placing a world in an RPG would change the world. And I know I'd like the chagnes so much I'd want to keep them. And since I'd be publishing, I'd have to get a bunch of consent waivers, etc.

So! I built a new world, for the public domain, so I don't have to worry about that.
