Venice Town

Venice Town is where all the wealthy people of NAC live. There are various high-end condominiums and a few mansions owned by the mayor, the Russos and the Malones. Except for the chief of police, every city official lives somewhere in Venice Town. This section is located in the north end of the city.

Areas in Venice Town include:

• Avarus Condominiums:
  Anyone who is anyone has a condo with Avarus Realty
  
  
• Avy Bisque:
  A delightful little cafe. They serve the best coffee in the entire city.

Newbury Quarter
Newbury Quarter is the shopping district for everyone. Whether you're looking for a nice fur coat, or just some cheap work pants, Newbury Quarter has the store you need. The Quarter also has many hotels and motels. This section is located in the western part of the city.

Areas in Newbury Quarter include:

• Newbury Plaza:
  The Plaza is a long strip of boutiques that eventually lead to Newbury Mall.
  
  
• Fifth Avenue:
  All the highest end stores are located here
  
  
• Sinful Delights:
  The best desert bar in the entire city

City Square
City square is where the police headquarters, mayor's and DA's offices are all located. It is the government center of the city. City Square overlooks Rose Park.

Rose River
The Rose River spans the entire length of the city, cutting it into two halves. So named for the rose bushes that were planted along its banks and walls centuries ago; recently the name has a more sinister twist given it being a popular place to dump bodies. The swift can carry a person for tens of miles outside of the city.

Rose Park
Rose Park is NAC's beautiful park that occupies the center of the city. While not typically safe at night, there are usually festivals going on during the daytime there and the park offers activities for the whole family.

Areas in Rose Park include:

• Lover's Pond:
  A hot spot for budding or established relationships. Always a romantic place (except in darkest hours of the night).
  
  
• Avy Zoo:
  A donation from the Russos to the city, the zoo is a popular place for families and school trips.

Highlands
Highlands is the middle-class living area, as well as where most of the popular bars are located. It's a hopping spot loaded with all walks of life; from college students to high-rollers, they can all be found enjoying the nightlife in Highlands. Highlands is located in the eastern part of the city.

Areas in Highlands include:

• Twist and Shout

• Patton's:
  A tavern that all the cops and other law enforcers hang out at.
  
  
• Moondog's:
  A popular dance bar.

Industry Corner
Industry Corner is the industrial park of NAC. While most of the factories and warehouses are shut down, it is still utilized by the criminals and denizens of the city. Industry Corner is in the southern most part of the city.

Areas in Industry Corner include:

• Hungry Life a Wolf

The Danks
The Danks is the impoverished and low income area of the city. Decades of crime and drugs have taken its toll on the once beautiful area. Now it's a cesspool of dark deeds.
